In the view of many U.S. business groups, including NFIB, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Business Roundtable, Republican presidential candidate John McCain's plan to revamp the health care system will speed the decay of employer-paid health insurance and have little impact on the 45 million uninsured Americans. The Small Business Administration says it made 30% fewer small-business loans in fiscal 2008 than the previous year. - Supreme Court will set guideline for harassment queries
