- Danone readies for Indian market entry
Groupe Danone has entered a three-way partnership with Indian dairy company Keventer Group and the Rajasthan government to build a large milk processing facility in the state, as the French company attempts to grab a share of the country's dairy market. Starbucks will expand its relationship with Ethiopia, beyond an existing arrangement under which the coffee retailer agreed to work with Ethiopian farmers to improve bean quality and increase crop production.
