A look ahead to Advertising Week V

Advertising Week 2008 runs from Sept. 22 to Sept. 26 in New York. The advertising center of the U.S. will play host to many industry association shows and confabs, including the 4As 2008 Account Management Conference. In addition, Advertising Week organizers bring together advertising luminaries, top marketers, journalists, media mavens and others for a series of panels and keynotes that are free and open to the public. A full listing of these free and other more exclusive events is available at www.advertisingweek.com.

Industry insiders can sign up to attend the invitation-only affairs, including the Microsoft Texas Hold 'Em Invitational, the Adobe Battle of the Bands which pits agency bands in a rip-roaring showdown, the Advertising Week Leadership Breakfast (featuring VIP chef Emeril Lagasse), and the wrap party sponsored by Facebook featuring music by Ziggy Marley and the Melody makers.
