Low cholesterol levels correlate with lower rates of cancer, two new studies have found. One study followed more than 29,000 Finnish men for 18 years, and the other examined data on more than 5,500 men enrolled in the Prostate Cancer Prevention Trial at the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center. - More states allowing higher alcohol level in beer
Several states have passed or are considering laws that raise the limit on the alcohol content of beer, which on average is 4.65%. Alabama's limit is now 13.9%. West Virginia has gone to 12%, Montana's is 14% and Vermont raised its cap to 16%. USA TODAY
