    The business division of Cox Communications says it believes that tough economic times will cause small and midsize businesses to more carefully evaluate their current broadband and telephony relationship with the telecoms. "The economy is opening up the minds of smaller and medium-size businesses," said Kristine Faulkner, vice president of product development and management for Cox Business.
